(buy\/find)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2b\/ I\u2019m trying to get a new apartment at the moment (buy\/find)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3\/ When did you get here? (arrive\/reach)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4\/ Do you get what I mean? (understand)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">5\/ Would you get my shoes? (fetch)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6\/ Get the train (take public transport)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>Get + adjective = become.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">E.g. It\u2019s getting hot, I\u2019m getting tired<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">when you jump in the river you <strong>get<\/strong> really cold<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">as we were <strong>getting<\/strong> closer<u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>Get + past participle<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">E.g.
