Nous utilisons souvent des verbes de modalit\u00e9 ou des structures conditionnelles, ou nous transformons les choses en questions pour qu&rsquo;elles paraissent plus polies. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aidez-moi -&gt; <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourriez-vous m&rsquo;aider ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-il possible d&rsquo;obtenir un cong\u00e9 ? -&gt; Serait-il possible d&rsquo;obtenir un cong\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puis-je ouvrir une fen\u00eatre -&gt; Puis-je ouvrir une fen\u00eatre ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><b>3 : Anglais formel et informel : Le ton de la voix<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 bien des \u00e9gards, il s&rsquo;agit de la mani\u00e8re la plus importante de sonner formel ou informel.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formule \u00ab\u00a0Allez l\u00e0-bas, s&rsquo;il vous pla\u00eet\u00a0\u00bb peut \u00eatre formelle ou informelle selon la fa\u00e7on dont vous la prononcez (il ne suffit pas d&rsquo;ajouter \u00ab\u00a0s&rsquo;il vous pla\u00eet\u00a0\u00bb !).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Service client\u00e8le<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examinons donc tout cela sous l&rsquo;angle du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le<\/span><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque vous traitez avec un client, vous devez \u00eatre poli et relativement formel (selon le type d&#8217;emploi).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><b>Salutations  <\/b><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment puis-je vous aider ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous allez bien ?
