Ad esempio   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A chi di dovere \/ Gentile Signore \/ Cordiali saluti \/ ecc.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In riferimento a \/ In merito alla sua recente richiesta&#8230;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non vedo l&#8217;ora di&#8230;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infine, c&#8217;\u00e8 il modo in cui ci si rivolge alle persone &#8211; Jane v Ms Murray v Dr Murray, ecc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><b>2: Inglese formale e informale: grammatica \/ struttura della frase<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un&#8217;altra cosa che possiamo fare per essere formali in inglese \u00e8 cambiare la struttura della frase. Spesso utilizziamo verbi modali o strutture condizionali oppure trasformiamo le cose in domande in modo che suonino pi\u00f9 educate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aiutami -&gt; <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti dispiacerebbe aiutarmi?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posso avere delle ferie? -&gt; \u00c8 possibile avere delle ferie?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posso aprire una finestra -&gt; Posso aprire una finestra?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><b>3: Inglese formale e informale: Tono di voce<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per molti versi questo \u00e8 il modo pi\u00f9 importante per sembrare formale o informale.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Vai di l\u00e0, per favore&#8221; pu\u00f2 essere formale o informale a seconda di come lo dici (non basta aggiungere &#8220;per favore&#8221;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Servizio clienti<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quindi, diamo un&#8217;occhiata a tutto questo in relazione al servizio clienti<\/span><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando hai a che fare con un cliente o una cliente devi essere educato e relativamente formale (a seconda del tipo di lavoro).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><b>Saluti  <\/b><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come posso aiutarti?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stai bene?
