What is Mindfulness and Well-being in the Classroom?
Mindfulness and Well-being in the Classroom is a unique course aimed at integrating mindfulness and yoga practices into language teaching. This course is designed to help educators create a supportive and healthy learning environment that promotes mental well-being and reduces stress. Participants will learn techniques to incorporate mindfulness exercises and yoga into their daily routines, fostering a calm and focused atmosphere conducive to learning. This holistic approach not only enhances students' language skills but also supports their overall mental and emotional health.

Mindfulness and Well-being in the Classroom

Lessons: 14 lessons per week (26 hours)

Timetable:

  • 9:00am – 1:10pm, Monday to Friday
  • 1:50pm – 5:00pm, 2 afternoons a week

Levels: B1, B1+, B2, B2+, C1

Class Size: Maximum 15

Location: 15 Westmoreland St, Dublin 2 & Hospitality House, Dublin 2

Enrolment: Online form, online level test & speaking test

Assessment: End of week tests, Certificate awarded at end of course

Price per week: €325 – for course and all materials
