Bilingual Brains constitutes a continuation and development of research carried out by our Director of Studies during her PhD. at Trinity College Dublin and York University Canada. This research explores the impact of bilingualism and second language acquisition on the brain, and examines the language learner holistically, taking in to account the many extra-linguistic factors that potentially impact upon the process of acquiring a new language. This kind of research in house at Everest Language School will give us first hand insight into the neurological and behavioral process of learning English as a foreign language and will benefit us in developing a cutting edge curriculum, tailored to cater for the needs of a spectrum of learners and learning styles.
