Geralmente usamos verbos modais ou estruturas condicionais ou transformamos as coisas em perguntas para que soem mais educadas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajude-me -&gt; <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea se importaria em me ajudar?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea pode me dar algum tempo de folga? -&gt; Voc\u00ea poderia tirar uma folga?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posso abrir uma janela -&gt; Posso abrir uma janela?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><b>3: Ingl\u00eas formal e informal: Tom de voz<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De muitas maneiras, essa \u00e9 a forma mais importante de soar formal ou informal.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Go over there, please&#8221; pode ser formal ou informal, dependendo de como voc\u00ea o diz (apenas acrescentar &#8220;please&#8221; n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Atendimento ao cliente<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ent\u00e3o, vamos dar uma olhada em tudo isso em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao atendimento ao cliente<\/span><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao lidar com um cliente ou consumidor, voc\u00ea precisa ser educado e relativamente formal (dependendo do tipo de trabalho)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><b>Sauda\u00e7\u00f5es  <\/b><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como posso ajudar voc\u00ea?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 bem?
