Overview
Your lesson is tailored to your specific needs. Once you tell us your language goals we assign an experienced teacher who can guide you towards them.
In your first lesson the teacher carries out a needs analysis and assesses which aspects of your language you need to improve, then designs a tailored course you work through together over a number of weeks. Materials are shared for homework, reference and self-study.
One-to-one lessons are particularly useful if you are preparing for a specific situation where you need to use English accurately — Business English or exam preparation, for example.

Stay with an Irish family for the complete experience. Twin or single rooms on a half-board basis, including breakfast and dinner. If you want total immersion in English, this is the best option.

Choose General English One-to-one to improve your English for everyday life, work or study, and IELTS One-to-one if you are preparing for the IELTS exam. Both are live private lessons on Zoom, at a time that suits you. Take the free level test first so your teacher knows where you start.
As many as you need. Lessons are booked by the hour at a time that suits you, so you decide how many hours a week and for how long.
A computer, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection. Lessons run on Zoom, and your teacher shares the materials through Google Classroom.
